Achieving my goals instead of dreaming about them

I’m now working my way to achieving my goals instead of dreaming about them!

Gunnercooke is a challenger law firm. It challenges the way that legal services are delivered to clients. Most of all, it gives lives back to our lawyers and enables them to design their life as they wish to live it – which we believe enables us to deliver a brilliant service to their clients. Today we are one of the UK’s leading commercial law firms.

With that flexibility comes the responsibility to develop our own practices and find our own clients. Having a background in sales and marketing, I’ve never been shy of a bit of business development, but I have found juggling finding the work and doing the work really challenging.

Three years into my business, I signed up to Jeremy’s 90-Day Planning workshop. I had an idea of what I wanted to achieve but I formed part of the large percentage of small businesses that do not have a plan and I drifted from one opportunity to another, frustrated that I was not achieving my goals.

During the workshop, I focussed, for the first time, on my business instead of being in the business. Taking me away from my usual routine of doing work and responding to emails which was productive and refreshing. I walked away feeling energised and focussed on achieving my goals. Jeremy was on hand throughout the day to guide and advise and challenge my views, where necessary.

I have since attended another 90-day planning workshop and now have my next plan in place and I am thrilled to report that I’m now working my way to achieving my goals instead of dreaming about them!

I can’t thank Jeremy and his team enough. He, and they, is supportive, encouraging and helpful and working with them you know that anything is possible (if you just have a plan!). I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jeremy to my friends, family and clients.
