A St Albans business coach has been granted Senior Partner status with global firm ActionCOACH.
Jeremy Graham-Clare, from St Albans, has been awarded the title after showing the commitment and initiative to help business owners in his local community to become more profitable, efficient and ultimately create more than a 1,000 jobs locally.
After running his own IT Support business, and also having set up and run over 27 other businesses for Serco, Deloitte and Capita, Jeremy is continuing to help our community. Now after two transformational years, Jeremy has been awarded the Senior status to build a firm continuing his work with Hertfordshire businesses.
Jeremy said: ‘Throughout my whole career, I’d never had anybody who understood what it’s like to be a business owner or business leader , it’s really lonely. I wanted to become a champion for Hertfordshire entrepreneurs, after all Hertfordshire is the county of opportunity.
The Senior Partner status means I can now build an exclusive team of ActionCOACH St Albans Coaches and reach more entrepreneurs at various stages within their businesses.’
Jeremy knows all too well how rocky the road of business ownership can be, but believes failure shouldn’t even be on the cards.
‘A lot of my clients get to a point in their business where they’re unsure of which direction to take it next. That’s when I step in. I work with them on either a one-to-one basis or in a group coaching environment, harness their potential, support their learning and planning, and guide them towards taking back full control of their business.’
Jeremy’s firm engages with hundreds of business owners across Hertfordshire and is looking to support many more in the coming years. His clients are often award winners too – most recently in the WhooHoo awards.
Jeremy also was globally recognised in September 2018 when he first achieved the top 100 partner status.
