What is GrowthCLUB?

The ActionCOACH GrowthCLUB is a powerful, action packed and highly focused 1 day business planning workshop that combines the synergy of your local business coaching team and like minded, innovative business owners and their teams to create a clear business growth plan for your business.

By the end of the workshop you will have absolute focus on where your business will be in 90 days time and a complete action plan to get you there. Using this plan, you and your coach will take your business from where you are to where you want to be. There is simply no alternative if you are serious about remaining in business.

Effective planning has the power to transform your business. It’s more than just putting words on paper, then ‘filing’ them in a drawer. It’s about seeing what you need to do to achieve your goals, thinking through all the consequences, anticipating bottlenecks to growth, and being accountable for making things happen.

GrowthCLUB is a quarterly workshop that makes business planning impactful and fun. Led by business coaches Jamie Goral and Jeremy Graham-Clare, you’ll get clear on what priorities to focus on to truly grow your business in the next quarter. You’ll get input on what your plan should look like, and explore areas you might not have thought about.

Plus, you’ll hear from ex-Groupon sales director Warren Landau on exploring sales and marketing ideas with the ActionCOACH team to support your business growth.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a clear idea of where your business will be after 90 days. And you’ll have an achievable plan to get you there.

Planning sessions

Get clarity on your business direction and discover how to create goals that work. With help from Jeremy and the ActionCOACH team, over several planning hours you’ll reflect on where you want to be, build your goals for the next quarter, and create a detailed action plan to achieve them!

Sales and marketing ideas

Get practical tips and discover new strategies to boost your bottom line, as we zone in on 2-3 bonus topics to support your growth. You’ll explore topical marketing ideas with Jeremy and Jamie, and sales ideas with ex sales director of Groupon and ActionCOACH team member, Warren Landau.

Peer support

Compare experiences and exchange ideas with your fellow business owners/leaders. We create a safe space in which to network with your peers and accelerate as a group.

Who runs the event?

GrowthCLUB is an ActionCOACH event, run by Jeremy Graham-Clare. This month we will be co-hosting with ActionCOACH Jamie Goral.

Investment for the growth plan:

Your most significant investment will be a day of your time and we guarantee you’ll find it worthwhile. You will receive a preparation pack to review and complete in advance of the event and on the day you will receive a comprehensive 90-day planning pack. A charge of £450+VAT per company is made for the full day workshop including all the planning materials allowing 2 people to attend. Further attendees from the same company are charged at £175+VAT. Attendees will be invoiced for payment just prior to the event.

Is this planning day right for me?

A failure to plan is a plan to fail! If you get stuck working in your business rather than on it, this planning workshop is perfect for you. In just one day, you’ll get the headspace, guidance and advice to give your business direction and create an actionable 90-day plan towards it.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your laptop. We’ll email you a Planning Pack before the event, for you to download to your laptop, bring with you, and complete together on the day. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, but please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
